Overview

NexusPoint connects small and mid-sized businesses, and larger teams, with vetted virtual professionals, everything from executive assistants to bookkeepers to social media managers. The business runs on inbound leads: discovery calls booked through the site, guides downloaded by people researching whether outsourcing is right for them, and contact form submissions that need to reach the sales team fast. This was a full redesign and redevelopment, no hosting migration this time, just a ground-up rebuild of the site and how it captures and routes leads.

The Challenge

NexusPoint’s whole funnel runs through the site. The rebuild needed a new WordPress front end and a CRM wired in tightly enough that no lead, form fill, guide download, or call booking, fell through the cracks.

• Redesign and redevelop the site in WordPress with Elementor, without touching hosting
• Connect the contact form to submit directly into GoHighLevel, not just an inbox
• Deliver the lead magnet through a GHL-connected opt-in, so downloads become tracked leads
• Replace static “book a call” links with a live GHL booking calendar for discovery calls
• Keep the CRM integration invisible to visitors, it just had to work

The Solution

01. Redesigned and rebuilt in Elementor

Redesigned the site end to end and rebuilt it in WordPress with Elementor, structured around the different audiences NexusPoint serves, from solo founders to enterprise teams.

02. Contact form and lead magnet into GHL

Connected the contact form and the lead magnet opt-in directly to GoHighLevel, so a form submission or guide download creates a lead in their CRM automatically instead of sitting in an inbox.

03. Booking calendar via GHL

Replaced the discovery call page’s static link with GoHighLevel’s booking calendar, embedded directly on the site, so visitors can pick a time without leaving the page.

The Results

Every entry point now lands in the CRM

The contact form, the lead magnet download, and the discovery call booking all route into GoHighLevel automatically, so a lead is never sitting in an email inbox waiting to be entered by hand.

A booking calendar that never leaves the site

Discovery calls are booked through a GHL calendar embedded right on the page, instead of sending visitors off to an external scheduling link.

Content structured around who’s asking

Services and messaging are organized by audience, solo founders, small teams, mid-sized companies, and enterprises, so each visitor sees the version of the pitch that actually applies to them.
